I AM A passionate education professional, a lifelong learner, and an inspired explorer
My name is Saba Moin, and my inspiration as an educator stems purely from my passion for children, and it fulfills my desire to experience the joy of positively influencing a child’s life. My classroom experience revolves around ELA, Science, and Communication. I am a certified reading, gifted, and ESOL teacher. I am a Field Experience Coordinator for my school and an Educational Outreach Coordinator of AFS-USA Global programs. I am also a member of the Florida Association of Science Teachers.
I am named a Fulbright Fellow in the 2022-2023 cohort of the Fulbright for Global Classrooms program by the U.S. Department of State. During this program, I participated in an intensive 10-week course in global education studies, completed a capstone project for the implementation and sustainability of global education in my district, and participated in a 2-week exchange program to South America, where I learned about their education system and shared educational strategies with teachers. I lived in Coral Springs, Florida, and moved here 15 years ago. I was born and raised in Pakistan, studied in London, United Kingdom, and worked in the Middle East for a while. My diverse background and new experiences and insights always help me to challenge my boundaries.
